We are a small indie gaming studio based in the Midwest. Our team is dedicated to bringing innovative video games to life. We are a brand new studio, founded in 2025, working on our first game in the Retail Revenge series.

Our small team is comprised of talented individuals who wear and share many hats including game design, game development, programming, creative writing, 2D artistry, composition, voice acting, and more. Most of our team members have extensive customer service experience, giving us authentic insights into the retail world.

Our Mission

To create games that provide humor, catharsis, and satisfying gameplay for anyone who has ever worked in customer service. We believe in the power of games to help people process their experiences and find joy in shared struggles.

Our flagship game, "Retail Revenge: inConvenience," is just the beginning. We envision expanding the world of Customer Service Combat to various retail environments, each with their own unique challenges and increasingly creative Karen archetypes.
